All requests for registration cancellations and refunds MUST be made in writing and sent to info@gulfsouthsummit.org. A full refund (less $50 cancellation fee) will be issued if cancellation request is received in writing by 4 p.m. CST on 2/15/2024. A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation request is received in writing by 4 p.m. CST on 3/8/2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 3/8/2024 or for no-shows.
