Accommodations
This year’s conference will be held at the University of Houston Downtown in Houston, Texas. Accommodations will be at the Spring Hill / Courtyard Marriott located in downtown Houston. The hotel is only a few stops away from the University via metro rail, which runs every 15 minutes.
Room Rate: $165 per night plus tax, Double Queen, or King Suite Studios are available.
Room Reservation Cut-Off Date: March 2, 2026
PLEASE NOTE: A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of 3/25/2026 through 3/28/2026. In addition, the hotel will honor the conference rate for the night following the conference (3/29/2026), based on availability, for those who would like to stay after the conference. If you include the post-conference dates in your online reservation and it says the dates are sold out, it means that that rate is no longer available after the conference dates. Please try making a separate reservation during the conference dates. The hotel rates will apply until 3/02/2026. After that date, the regular hotel rates will apply based on availability.
