Vendor ($350)
Prominent table for all three conference days and one conference registration.
Sponsor ($1000)
Sponsors will receive a logo placement in print materials and on website. Faculty and staff of sponsoring institutions also receive special registration rate.
Scholarships ($500-$1500)
Institutions may offer funds to assist with registration and lodging costs for students and community partners. Minority serving institutions will be given priority in consideration.
Speakers ($3500)
Provides honorarium and travel expenses. Sponsors at this level will receive event and vendor table signage, logo placement in print materials and on website. Faculty and staff of sponsoring institutions also receive special registration rate.
Sessions and Breaks ($3600)
Provides for refreshments. Sponsors at this level receive event and vendor table signage, logo placement in print materials and on website, and a complimentary vendor table if desired. Faculty and staff of sponsoring institutions also receive special registration rate.
